Our class was doing stories on Roy G. Biv. See poem below. If you went into the colors of the rainbow you would know that it stands for: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet.
Meghan's pictures and story were terrific! I made a power point presentation for the class using the pictures. Since it takes so long to load on a web, I decided to put them on a conveyor belt.
All you need do is put your mouse over the picture and it stops it so you may read each page and look at the pictures.

Odd name for a fellow.
But what his name means is:
Red, Orange, Yellow
The G is for Green
Which as you may know
Comes right in the middle
Of every rainbow.
Next: Blue and Indigo
More pale than dark
Then V for violet--
And that completes the arc!
