Thanksgiving looks like

the meaty, brown turkey

on a steamy plate.

Thanksgiving smells like

a creamy apple pie

in the oven.

Thanksgiving tastes like

some fresh golden kernels.

Thanksgiving feels like tons

of hugs and kisses.

But, at the end of the day,

I'm sad that I have to leave

my aunt's house.

and now it will be time to clean up

to visit my Great Grandma.

and fresh, huge oranges.

a group of loving people
